To facilitate a ready-to-go state of operation, the wireless and batch Apex IV's are shipped with an End Cap that permits RS 232 Serial Communications. A batch unit ships with the RS 232 Serial End Cap, while the wireless unit ships with the Wireless with RS 232 Serial End Cap.
