Mr. Kapp has 20 years of high technology product marketing and product management experience.  Kapp was vice president and general manager of POSDATA�s Auto ID/mobility systems business and now serves as senior vice president of marketing and technology operations for Control Solutions and Compsee.

Before joining POSDATA, Kapp held several executive positions within NCR�s Retail Systems Division, including director for POS terminal marketing, director of electronic payment products business unit, and director of product management for retail peripherals. 

Kapp holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Ohio University
