The communications dock makes the routine
operation of transmitting data
and/or programs efficient, user-friendly and
expedient. The operator can initiate
data transmission either from the Host or the MAT placed in
the Dock.

Battery Recharging
Not only can the
battery inside the MAT be recharged while it is in the Dock, a back-up
battery can also be charged in the external battery charging port. Both
stations condition the battery prior to recharging.
