ApexWare is a collection of utilities that provide the user the ability to communicate with the Apex II for the purpose of manipulating files or running applications.

New Features added in ApexWare Utilities Version 2.0 include:

• The ability to set up the Communications Port Parameters.
  (Baud Rate, Data Bits, Stop Bits, Flow Control, Parity)
• File Recovery Feature.
• Command Mode Window.
  (This Gives the User the option to send commands Directly to the Apex II.)
• Retrieve Program Feature.

The following utilities are provided with the ApexWare Utility Diskette:

• LINK MASTER FOR WINDOWS "WINLINK.EXE" is a utility program that provides the user an easy and convenient way to communicate with the Apex II. LINK MASTER FOR WINDOWS provides the Apex II user a wide range of helpful, easy-to-use utilities in a familiar Windows-based environment.

  
  

• LINK MASTER - "LINKMSTR.EXE" provides a DOS executable with the same functional capabilities as "WINLINK.EXE", minus the command line parameters capability.

  
  

• APEXPROG - "APEXPROG.EXE" is a command line utility program used to Load and Delete program files on the Apex II. Other options include setting date and time, saving the program in memory, Running the program, Adding line numbers to the program and stripping program comments.

  
  

• APEXFILE - "APEXFILE.EXE" is a command line utility program used to load data files to the Apex II.
  
• APEXDATA - "APEXDATA.EXE" is a command line utility program used to Retrieve, Append Overwrite or Delete data files from the Apex II. "APEXDATA.EXE " can also Run the program in memory as well as set the Apex II in the immediate mode.
  
• ARECOVER - "ARECOVER.EXE" is a command line utility program used to recover or rebuild lost files
