QUICKCHECK
OLV-20 On-Line Verifier
Overview
The Quick Check On-Line Verifier (OLV) series of bar code verifiers
provides continuous inspection of labels on line as they are being
printed, applied, stacked or handled. They will verify labels
at speeds up to 8 inches per second based on a half-inch bar code
height.
Offering a wide variety of features, the Quick Check On-Line
verifiers were designed to meet specific bar code verification
applications. The Model 20 was designed with the laser separate
from the verifier for remote or conveyor verification applications.
Power is supplied from an internal power supply.
The user has total control of the verification system. Data from
the verifier can be used to control the printer's, conveyor's
or handling mechanism's functions, such as: pause, reprint, illuminate
an indicator, activate an alarm, shut down, divert, or other function
of your choice. The output may be programmed to be activated by
a single event or by a specified number of consecutive or accumulative
events. All events and activations are stored and the data can
be used for reference, printing reports or for downloading to
a host system in real time or at some later time after the job
has been run.
